CAREER DEVELOPMENT
If you are unsure about your career direction or considering a major change then this module is the place to start. Whilst much of the work can be Internet driven we believe a telephone component is also essential.
The programme builds on the CURRENT SKILL IDENTIFICATION and JOB ANALYSIS module and places its initial attention on assessing where you are now and the experiences you have enjoyed and disliked in your career/ life to date. Personality questionnaires will be used to provide a further input and to support the suitability or otherwise of any career option or direction.
Once a direction is agreed the programme will follow through with the CV module to prepare the materials to help take you to the next stage of entering the market.
The Interview and Marketing modules can also be added as required.
