PERFORMING AT INTERVIEWS
How does the programme work and what can I expect.
We need to establish a starting point and this will normally be your CV and any of the modules 1 to 4 that you have completed. The programme will then encompass:
- A position analysis where you establish the main components a recruiter would look for
- You detail the reasons which differentiate you from other applicants
- You specify any questions which have caused you problems in the past
- You read through the guidance information
- You complete a series of specific questions using the a presentation format for the interviews we will give you.
- You return the answers and we will critically assess and ideally speak to you about them on the telephone.
- You revise your work and we make a second appraisal
- When you have your next interview we look at the advert with you and suggest question areas and possible approaches to answer them.
Ongoing support is available for future interviews
You can also add a video practice interview to this module depending on your location
