CURRENT SKILL IDENTIFICATION and JOB ANALYSIS
Success in the job market is very similar to achieving success in any product market. You are selling a product - in this case it is you. As with any product sale you need to identify what the product is, why someone will buy it, what makes it special (its USPs) and in which market it will sell best.
Through a series of exercises you will build both a catalogue of your own skills and identify what a recruiter might be looking for. In this way you will improve your targetting and avoid wasted effort on chasing the wrong jobs.
